Shanghai Zenitech provides automated digital monitoring services for the Qingdao Second Tunnel Project
The Jiaozhou Bay Second Submarine Tunnel Project is the world's largest undersea road tunnel, with a total length of 17.48 kilometers and a total length of 14.37 kilometers of main line tunnels (9.95 kilometers in the sea area). It is positioned as a cross-sea channel focusing on passenger transportation and taking into account small and medium-sized freight transportation; It is an urban expressway (and a first-class highway) with two main line tunnels and intermediate service tunnels, and a two-way six-lane urban expressway on the main line. The service tunnel is divided into 2 layers of structure, the upper part is the driving layer, the lower part is the comprehensive pipe gallery layer, and every 1000m or so is connected with the main line tunnel on both sides through the horizontal passage. The monitoring content mainly includes the pressure of the tail brush, the grease pressure of the shield tail seal, the grouting pressure, the earth pressure, the seepage pressure and the change of the stress of the reinforcement in the whole process of the lining during the construction process. The monitoring scheme mainly involves the prefabrication and assembly of tunnel segments. The fully automated monitoring equipment used by Hangding, with the self-developed monitoring data platform, can monitor the required data in the construction process in real time to meet the construction needs.
